We are thrilled to inform, that our product "Pulaski Polish Style Ground Mustard" has received 2011 Silver sofi Award and won Gold Medal for 2011 World Wide Mustad Competition from National Mustard Museum. Our "Far East Hot-Chinese Style Mustard" has received Silver Medal for 2011 World Wide Mustard Competition from National Mustard Museum. The sofi Awards from the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) are the highest honor in the specialty food industry. They recognize the outstanding foods and beverages of the year that demonstrate top quality, taste and overall appeal. The Silver Finalists are selected at the NASFT offices in New York City by a national panel of specialty food retailers, foodservice professionals and food journalists.

National Mustard Museum. Each year, the World-Wide Mustard Competition recognizes the best of the best from around the globe. Judging and the awards presentation is held at the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wisconsin. Museum Curator Barry Levenson serves as Coordinating Judge. Hundreds of mustards compete, but only a select few become "Medal Winners".

On June 27-29 2010 Square Enterprises attended at 2010 Fancy Food Show. NASFT show gathered, a record-breaking numbers: more than 24,000 attendees, over 1,000 members of the press, 2,500 exhibitors from 81 countries.

On November 9-10, Square Enterprises Corp. participated in The Americas Food & Beverage Show 2009. The show located at Miami Beach Convention Center, is the largest food and beverage two-way trade show in the Western Hemisphere. More than $103.6 million in actual and projected sales were reported by the exhibitors. 306 companies from 25 countries exhibited more than 5,000 products and services in 338 booths.

Media from more than 200 local, national and international companies attended the show. Countries that exhibited the show included:Algeria, Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica,Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador,Germany, Jamaica, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Trindad and Tobago, Uruguay and the United States. Special features included: V Americas Chef Competition, VIII Americas Food & Beverage Awards, Beverages Pavilion, ECRM One-on-One Appoitments, Industry Seminars, International Trade Center, New Products Showcase and Country pavilons.

Pulaski Day Parade in NYC on Fifth Ave., is celebrated since 1937. The parade is Polonia's time to show off their heritage and pride by honoring General Caismir Pulaski an American Revolutionary War Hero.
